Our remote weight loss programs put you in control! This isn’t just a diet; this is a discovery into what your body needs for successful and healthy weight loss. You & your mentor will decide the best way for you to lose weight and you have the ability to change your journey as you go.
We will be there to support you through: materials that set you up for success, along with either no coaching, minimal coaching, some coaching, or 3+ coaching sessions per week through video or phone, and you can choose our optional snacks and or supplements. We don’t believe in back-and-forth dieting. We believe in setting you up for long term weight loss success based on your current lifestyle, not just short-term weight reduction!
What You Get:
Upon purchase you will be emailed a questionnaire for your recommended recipes and materials. You are immediately given your mentor's direct email for immediate needs and questions.
- Women are averaging 2-3 pounds per week, while men move a bit faster at 3-4 pounds per week. Your program will be built around your current foods and lifestyle, with easy to follow instructions.
- After your questionnaire is emailed back by you (filled out), your mentor, will schedule a call to go over your answers with you. On this call we will determine if you are eligible for our booster options, these are approved snacks (bars, chips, drinks etc.) with bioavailable protein & professional grade natural supplements for accelerated results.
- Within 2 business days of returning your questionnaire, your materials will be emailed to you, then your second call will be scheduled to go over your materials and make sure you do not have any questions.
- Phone consultations scheduled up to 2x per week (based on your preference) with full access to recommended recipes and motivational coaching to give you the accountability and support you need to be successful!
