*Women can experience hormone changes, more so if they have had children.
*Weight loss isn't as fast in the past.
 

40's


*Women and men can experience hormonal changes that affect how your body processes food.
*Women usually become pre-menopausal which can be difficult to lose weight.
*Men and women can also experience changes in energy. sleep, libido and hunger.
*Some people experience an increase in hunger, others experience a decrease that can lead to eating less & further metabolic slowdown.

50's & Beyond


*Typically, this is when men first start to show symptoms of metabolic slowdown.
*Women may be completing menopause and entering a new metabolic place.
*Men and women are typically a lot less hungry and in many cases wondering why they are struggling with weight gain.
*Another factor for many people in this age group is if any medications are involved which can affect everyone differently.
